Products have not been delivered in the last 6 months

I need my money refunded. 2 payments of $235.99 have been deducted from my account and not products delivered. Please refund my money and cancel my subscription. This is frustrating. How can you own a business but don’t pick up calls or call customers back? Instagram messages, no reply. SMS, auto reply sent but no one contacted me but then you continue to take money out my account. Please refund my money. My skin will be a hot mess if I was completely dependent on your products.

Poorly Packaged and No Help

I received the product damaged due to poor packaging. I reached out via email twice and have not heard anything. I also included pictures of the damaged product. I can’t use the product. If you are not willing to respond to the customer—just remove the contact information.

Hydrating and smells so good!!

The Caramella Essence is very hydrating and smells absolutely beautiful. This product is perfect for maintenance which means you have already reached your desired skin shade and now you’re in the process of maintaining it😍😍😍

Smooth Skin

I love the Caramella lotion! It makes my skin feel so soft and moisturized all day, it's really a nice lotion, great for all over the body, but pricey! I also purchased the Vitamin C lotion , but have not really seen improvement to the dark spots on my arms yet. I believe it's too early to tell. It may take a little more time. Will submit an update once I see improvement.
