All international orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility
To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing orders well in advance, particularly during peak seasons.
Grerivian is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, holidays, promotional sales, natural disasters, or carrier-related disruptions. Processing times may be extended during sale periods. Please note that holidays are not considered business days when estimating delivery timelines.
Once a package has been transferred to the courier, delivery is managed solely by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in the event of delays.

Signature confirmation is required for all orders exceeding $500.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment once tracking details have been provided.

Returned packages will require repayment of shipping fees for reshipment.
Additional Terms
Grerivian does not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).
We are unable to control shipping delays during holiday rush periods. Customers are encouraged to place orders several days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Grerivian is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been marked as delivered. Upon receiving tracking information, customers should contact the courier directly for shipment updates.
